Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processes; occasional customs inspections may add 1-3 business days, a standard step in ensuring cross-border shipments arrive safely.

• Eco-Conscious Packaging for Artistic Protection: We carefully select reusable and recyclable materials to minimize environmental impact, while honoring the artistry of your purchase.

• Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations prior to purchase to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

• Support for Transit Damage: We understand how disappointing it can be if your handcrafted piece arrives damaged. In the rare event this occurs, please share clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund—prioritizing your satisfaction as much as we prioritize our craft.

• Multiple Order Consolidation: For your convenience (and to reduce our environmental footprint), multiple orders placed under the same account will be automatically combined into one shipment. This helps lower shipping costs while ensuring all your artisanal pieces arrive together, safely packaged.

• Peak Season & Holiday Notice: During major holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen logistics disruptions, delivery may take an additional 1-3 business days. We never rush the craftsmanship of our one-of-a-kind pieces, and we deeply appreciate your patience as we ensure each creation meets our highest standards before it reaches you.
